‘GMA Still No. 1 Nationwide’ – TV Plug

Kayo ang aming inspirasyon mga Kapuso. Kaya sa inyong patuloy na suporta maraming salamat Pilipinas!” This is the main message of Kapuso Network on their latest TV plug.

GMA-7 is now running a TV plug declaring that they are still the no. 1 network in the Philippines.
If we going back on the last 2 months wherein GMA-7 celebrating for being the no.1 network not just in Mega Manila but also in Urban Luzon and Nationwide. This was happened because of the very good TV viewerships gained by GMA-7 on the afternoon timeslot not just only on Mega Manila but also in Nationwide Area where for the several years dominated by Kapamilya Network.

The data presented by Kapuso Network was based from the period of March 1 to March 31, 2011 where the Kapuso Network garnered 34.0% audience share as against to its tough competitor TV network ABS-CBN’s 31.8% in National Urban; In Urban Luzon where GMA got a 37.5% audience share against ABS-CBN’s 26.8% and in Mega Manila where GMA got a 38.4% against ABS-CBN’s 25.4%.

It looks that the first 3 months of the year 2011 where favor in GMA-7 in terms of audience share from Mega Manila, Urban Luzon and Nationwide. And seems Kapuso Network where determine to uphold this big lead over the next months through their upcoming shows like the much-awaited comeback on primetime of their biggest female star, Marian Rivera in ‘Amaya’ this coming May.
