The Dark Knight Rises is an upcoming superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan and written by Nolan and his brother Jonathan Nolan. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film will be the third and final installment in the Christopher Nolan Batman film series, and a sequel to Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008).

It stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Morgan Freeman as Batman/Bruce Wayne. The film will take place eight years after the events of The Dark Knight and will introduce the characters of Selina Kyle and Bane—portrayed by Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy.

What Does Janet Jackson Think Of Paris Jackson's Decision To Become An Actress???

Janet Jackson has expressed her doubts about her niece's upcoming film career.

13-year-old Paris Jackson has already lined up her first film role in live action movie Lundon's Bridge And The Three Keys alongside Larry King but the Damita Jo singer would prefer that she was older.

 

"I'm excited for her, but it worries me a little bit. Yeah, I wish that she would maybe wait," she told Access Hollywood.

Janet - who entered showbusiness when she was ten with her siblings on 70s sitcom Good Times - admitted her own experiences left her wanting more of her childhood.

        

"I got into the business at a young age. It's not an easy thing," she continued.

 

"Your childhood... you completely lose and I didn't get to experience that, so she has the rest of her adult life to be that actress that she wants to be and I told her that. Yeah, I told her I would take this time to just study...really, really study the craft."

Sacha Baron Cohen As A Dictator!!!

Sacha Baron Cohen was Borat. He was Bruno. Now he is The Dictator. The trailer for "The Dictator" is finally ready!

In "The Dictator", Cohen plays a dictator/tyrant ,not unlike Gaddafi and Saddam, and the trailer opens with footage of President Obama and Secretary of State Hilary Clinton talking

 

about some horrible tyrant controlling some unknown foreign country for several decades and your first reaction is "How'd they get Barack Obama in this movie" but then also "Oh shoot, is this a comedy?"

But then, true to form, the hilariously inappropriate Sacha Baron Cohen emerges onscreen in the most ridiculous wig/beard you've ever seen as he rides through NYC on a camel and shouts, "Ahh, America, the birthplace of AIDS!" Hey, not serious at all, really.

 

So , the movie unfolds around that premise, a ruthless tyrant is now loose in America! 

So much is happening in this trailer! The president is in it! John. C Reily is in it! Megan Fox is in it! What are you waiting for??

 

The trailer sees a cameo from Megan Fox, who plays a version of herself and after sleeping with Cohen's character he claims, "Megan, you were worth every penny" and then hands over several rubies and a gold watch, to which Megan responds, "A ruby? Is this a joke? What am I? A Kardashian?" and Cohen says "No, of course not, you are much less hairy."

 

Ooops!!!

The movie hits theaters May 2012, but until then we can all just talk about how much we can't wait for the new Sacha Baron Cohen flick.

Who Is The Famous Actress That Has Been Sued For Copyright Violation??

Angelina Jolie has allegedly taken something that wasn't hers.

Angelina made her directorial debut with the weighty film, "In the Land of Blood and Honey", and now she's being sued for copyright violation.

Croatian journalist James Braddock claims the Oscar-winner's upcoming movie is based on his 2007 book," The Subject Work". Braddock filed the lawsuit in a federal court in Illinois, where he claims that he met with producer Edin Sarkic, who is now working on Angelina's movie.

Braddock says he and Sarkic met several times in 2008 to discuss the possibility of his book's subject being adapted for the big screen. Apparently "possibility" meant just taking it and hoping the writer would never find out.

Braddock claims that he and the producer discussed the book in detail, which, just like "In the Land of Blood and Honey", focuses on the story of a female prisoner and Serbian soldier, “including plot and character development and the story's cultural significance and historical accuracy."

                

So pretty much the whole book, then...

The writer is now seeking an injunction to stop the film from being released on its scheduled date, December 23. He's also seeking damages in an unspecified amount.

Madonna's " W.E" Nominated For 2 Golden Globes!!!

Madonna's next foray into film direction, the royal love story "W.E.", picked up a pair of Golden Globe nominations Thursday morning, including best original score and best original song, for the star's new track "Masterpiece."



The singer's slowed-down, moody ballad features simplified production reminiscent of her sound in the 1990s, while the lyrics lean on the emotional side and tie into the film's love story. "And I'm right by your side," Madonna sings in the chorus. "Even deep in the night, I stand in front of the masterpiece."
 

 

Starring James D'Arcy and Andrea Riseborough as King Edward VIII and his lover Wallis Simpson, "W.E." tells the story of when the monarch abdicated his throne in 1936 to marry the twice-divorced American.

Currently sitting with a 30 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes, the film, which won't be released wide until February, was unsurprisingly shut out of the major acting and best-film categories. The Hollywood Reporter called Madonna's second try at directing "pleasing to the eyes and ears, but lacking anything for the soul" and Salon noted it was "too nonsensical" to be considered a total disaster.

Who is The Actress That Will Play On The Upcoming Lars von Trier Movie?

Charlotte Gainsbourg is in talks to star in Lars Von Trier’s freak of the year movie ‘The Nymphomaniac’, an explicit exploration of a woman’s erotic life. ‘Nymphomaniac’ is an ambitious project that will show a lot of sex and philosophy on the sexual evolution of a woman, from birth to 50.

Get a load of the breakdown of how this raunchy production is being released: There will be a soft-porn version released for mainstream distribution, then a full blown hardcore version for the sexually radical audience. Outside of America, in places like the United Kingdom, Russia, Poland and pretty much all of Europe,  ’Nymphomanic’ has already generated a following that has pre-orders in an amount that exceeds production budget. Needless to say, this production is getting done.

Production is about to start next summer/fall.

This will be beyond doubt a very provocative & demanding movie by all means.

Of course Lars von Trier has repeatedly shocks us with each movie he makes.

Stay Tuned For Austin Powers 4 & Austin Powers On Stage!!!

Mike Myers has reportedly signed on to write and star in the next instalment of the international man of mystery, with a release date in either 2013 or early 2014.

The fourth film will come a decade after the most recent film, and 15 years after the first, which was released in 1997.

Sources close to the star say he is in talks to bring the character to the stage in a musical. He is believed to be writing the story, but won't star in the production.

The Powers franchise has taken a huge earning at the box office in its three previous offerings.

 

Liz Hurley, Heather Graham and Beyoncé previously played lead actress roles, while John Travolta, Tom Cruise and Gwyneth Paltrow made cameo appearances in the most recent film, 'Goldmember'.

Myers suffered a setback when he starred in 'The Love Guru' in 2008, which was panned by critics worldwide.

 

Though he has found continued success in the universally-loved Shrek films as the voice of the ogre.

The question is : Who will play with Mike Myers in Austin Powers 4 & most important what will be the cast on stage?? 

 

 

Musical is much more demanding than a movie, as it requires great skills on dancing routines & vocal abilities!

Who Is The Director That Lady Gaga Wants To Work With???

Lady Gaga has showered affection on her upcoming “Marry The Night” performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, but she does adore something other than The Night – namely, fellow New York native Woody Allen.


 

Upon discussing her acting aspirations with Ellen, Gaga reveals, “My dream would be to be in a Woody Allen movie.

 

” Hey, he makes about one movie a year and has worked with most of Hollywood already, we’d say her chances are pretty good! Preview Mama Monster’s interview below.

When Ellen brings up the fact that Gaga is preparing to go out on tour yet again, the singer feigns exhaustion before describing the joy she receives from touring. 

“I can’t wait!” she exclaims, silver tinsel eyebrows raised. “I’m so excited!… It’s just not so different from my day to day life, because I don’t have a home still.”

“Well, you can buy one, you know,” informs Ellen.

Gaga says that it seems like a waste to buy a house that she’ll rarely ever live in, and then drops this gem of an anecdote: “When I signed my tax returns this year I had to get completely wasted… they were just holding me up. 

 

I couldn’t even… it’s unbelievable.” Wait, did she have to get drunk to deal with the amount of money she has in the bank, or the amount being taken from the government?

 

Well, the thing is what Woody would think of that collaboration...

 

I am looking forward for his reply to Gaga.

The certain thing is that I can't imagine Woody working on a video clip!

Luc Besson Collaborates With Angelina Jolie On His Next Movie!!!

 Another brand new project from Luc Besson that will star his latest muse, Angelina Jolie!!! Yep, that's what it sounds like.

 

Deadline is reporting that Besson's company Europacorp is developing and co-financing and even has US distribution in the works.

But despite all that we don't really know a title, or what it's about, besides a few pieces that have been let out, including that it's an "untitled big scale movie written and directed by Luc Besson.

 

" Big scale, as in sci-fi, I'm hoping? Not quite, as they go on to call it a "dramatic thriller that is rooted in true scientific elements." Interesting, very interesting.

While Besson has worked with Natalie Portman, Milla Jovovich, Michelle Yeoh, Rie Rasmussen, Louise Bourgoin, Faye Dunaway, Madonna and even Maïwenn, he has never worked with Angelina Jolie before. 

But the report says the two are in "serious talks" to work on this project, which might start shooting next spring. 

While no other details are given, including whether this might indeed be sci-fi , Deadline hints that "this film sounds like a closer cousin to early Besson efforts like The Professional, La Femme Nikita and The Fifth Element." 

We can only hope. Besson is currently finishing up and ready to release The Lady, a strong late Oscar contender this year starring Michelle Yeoh as Burma's Aung San Suu Kyi.

 

Angeline Jolie, just the same, is finishing up and ready to release a film she directed, In the Land of Blood and Honey.

But word is that she'll move right into acting again as this "big scale" Besson project would be next for her, then she'd also move onto a historical epic with Ridley Scott about explorer/writer Gertrude Bell that Jeffrey Caine (GoldenEye, The Constant Gardener, Purple Mountain) is currently rewriting. Some interesting prospects for her as well. 

This new Besson one must be a very intriguing project if both Jolie and Besson are considering jumping into it right away.

Deadline also adds "there's a high likelihood that both films will land at the same studio," but no names have been named just yet. We'll have to keep you updated!
