'Growing Up' Stars Invade Boracay

If you love Boracay then tune in to ABS-CBN this Sunday (November 27) and see the Growing Up love teams bond in the famous island. 
 

Get to see 'EllRick' (Ella and Patrick) played by Kathyrn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla; 'JaMmy' (Jason and Tammy) played by Julia Montes and Diego Loyzaga; 'CaSoy' (Cassie and Tikoy) played by Yen Santos and Neil Coleta; and 'Mocha-Vanilla' (Britney at Winston) played by Kiray Celis and EJ Jallorina as they compete in the volleyball tournament in one of the country's coolest vacation destinations.

Together with their coach Ms. Ortega (Maricar Reyes), witness how the 'magic' of Boracay mend the young lovers' broken hearts and put the gang's bond of friendship closer.

The Growing Up barkada's U.B.E. (Ultimate Boracay Experience) will be aired this Sunday afternoon after ASAP Rocks on ABS-CBN.

If you haven’t heard the news yet. Wala na si Albie Casiño s ABS-CBN's upcoming teen show na Growing Up. He’s been replaced by a kid named Daniel Padilla (who is a Star Magic talent) as Kathryn Bernardo's new love-team. Earlier today, ABS-CBN PUSH.com.ph posted an article regarding this news but it was later removed after a few hours after being published.

UPDATE 7/4/11: According to some reports, hindi lang pala sa upcoming TV show na Growing Up tinanggal si Albie kundi sa kanilang upcoming Star Cinema movie with Kathryn and Julia.

Also, according to IC Mendosa, Albie has been removed from Star Magic (but, there is no final confirmation or official statement release yet from Star Magic). Alex Gonzaga even asked “Bakit pati si Albie?”.

EXCLUSIVE HERE: Kung hindi ninyo alam, Albie Casiño and Daniel Padilla are a very close friend and a buddy. Just look the picture above, talagang alam na alam mo na sila ay magkaibigan. Nagkasama din ang dalawang binata sa GIMIK 2010 with other Star Magic talents. They were tagged as cute boys of GIMIK 2010.

Kathryn Bernardo dating Diego Loyzaga?! Kathryn: Diego is a friend.

Are Kathryn Bernardo and Diego Loyzaga, stars of the just-concluded drama series 'Mara Clara' dating?

Kathryn denied speculations, saying that she and Diego are just friends.

"Wala namang something kase nga close namankami ni Diego dahil sa Mara Clara. Pero wala naming something na nangyayari kase hindi naman talaga sya nangliligaw sa'kin eh," Kathryn said in an interview with "Showbiz News Ngayon (SNN)" on Friday, June 10.

Kathryn and Diego are schoolmates in OB Montessori in Greenhills.  She said  they became more comfortable with each other as their taping of "Mara Clara" progressed. "Nung start ng Mara Clara, aminin natin, na syempre nung una talaga ilang pa kami sa isa't isa. Pero kase since everyday kami, magkasama, nadedevelop yung friendship naming pero yun lang, friends lang talaga kami, super close kami," Kathryn said.

The pair was rumored to be dating when they were spotted together in a restaurant. But, Kathryn said it  was just a casual dine-out together with the other members of the cast.

"Nagkayayaan lang po. Tri-neat kami ni Diego sa restaurant ng Daddy nya. Group date lang naman as friends lang yun. Parang bonding session lang namin," Kathryn said.

Asked who she likes more between Diego and Albie Casino, her co-stars in "Mara Clara,"  Kathryn said  Albie is like a big brother to her, while Diego is a friend. "Si Albie more on kuyatype po sa amin ni Julia, pati ni Diego, kasi nga sya yung pinakamatanda sa amin. Pero si Diego, magkasing-age kasi kami so mas nakaka-relate ako sa kanya," Kathryn shared.

Kathryn, Diego, Albie and Julia Montes are set to work together again for a teen-oriented TV program. For now, Kathryn and Diego are just happy to be working together as friends.

"Parang nadevelop talaga yung friendship naming apat, parang magbabarkada kami. Pag sa set, sobrang ingay naming," Kathryn said.
