'No Other Woman' Rakes P276.80-M in 5 Weeks

The Cristine Reyes, Derek Ramsay and Anne Curtis starrer, “No Other Woman” registered a box-office gross of P276.80 million in five weeks.
 

As of October 30, the adult drama film has already grossed P276.80 million. This is according to third party tabulator Box Office Mojo for the period October 26-30 (click HERE to see the full figures). The movie collected in an additional P9.7 million on its 5th week run in 30 theaters from P267.11 million last week.
 

With its tickets sales amounting P276 million, No Other Woman is evidently the no. 1 highest-grossing Filipino movie of 2011 so far and also the highest-grossing of all time.
 

Last October 16, the movie has broken the P225 million record of “You Changed My Life” starring John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo in 2009 as when it grossed P236.4 million on its 3rd week of screening in 85 cinemas nationwide.
 

However, there is an earlier report that the comedy film “Praybeyt Benjamin” starring Vice Ganda has broken this outstanding box-office record by virtue of reaching the P300 million earnings in just 2 weeks time.
 

No Other Woman has been graded A by the Cinema Evaluation Board, allowing it to receive a 100-percent exemption from amusement taxes. The film is rated R-13 by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board.

'No Other Woman' Grosses P267.11-M in 4 weeks

The Viva Films-Star Cinema drama movie “No Other Woman” raked-in an additional P30.75 million last weekend to earn an insuperable 4-weeks total of P267.11 million.
 

After topping Philippine box-office for 2-weeks in a row and breaking box-office records for a Filipino film, the Anne Curtis, Derek Ramsay and Cristine Reyes starrer continues to stand out.
 

As of October 23, the said film already accumulated P267.11 million on its 4th week of screening from P236.36 million last week. This is according to the latest figures released by Box Office Mojo for the period October 19–23 (click HERE to see the full figures).
 

Aside for being the highest-grossing Filipino movie of all time, No Other Woman is also the only Pinoy film who made it to the Top 10 list of Highest Grossing Films in the Philippines for 2011. The drama film is now at 3rd place beating Hollywood movies such as “Kung Fu Panda 2″, “Thor” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.”
