Piolo Pascual astoundingly retains his no. 1 position since the voting for Round 2 started. But it seems like the biggest gainer for this Round is Kapuso Teen-Heartthrob Jake Vargas. Jake has now surpassed the no. of votes receive by the two Kapamilya Stars Gerald Anderson and Enchong Dee causes for Jake to achieve the no. 2 spot.
