‘Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak’ Premieres Tonight on TV 5

TV5 primetime sizzles as ‘Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak’ start to flame tonight.

Fresh from the success of its first dramaserye, Babaeng Hampaslupa, TV5 ventures into another brilliant production, this time offering the most provocative and intriguing dramaserye that will surely make weeknight primetime TV sizzle starting on March 21  –- Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak.

Under the outstanding direction of Jon Red, and line produced by Prime Events Force Unlimited Inc., Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak brings together a powerhouse cast of the best and most talked about actors of this generation: Richard Gomez, Sheryl Cruz, Valerie Concepcion, Carla Humphries, James Blanco, Jay Aquitania, Victor Basa, Allan Paule, Jean Saburit, Mel Martinez, Luningning, Milagring, Mariposa, and Ruffa Gutierrez, with Philip Salvador in a very special role.
Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak is a fiery production boasting of an exceptional mix of glamour, temptation and passion that introduces and gives the biggest break to two of TV5’s new primetime princesses, Arci Muñoz and Ritz Azul. The two beautiful young ladies play the roles of Dahlia and Daisy, two sisters who get enmeshed in the complicated and controversial world of show business in their pursuit of their dream to become successful dancers. Sheryl Cruz plays their mother Rosal, a former dancer who is apprehensive of her daughters’ involvement in show business. She knows all too well the prevalent temptations and dangers in the industry because she herself went through so much pain and suffering in her quest for fame and success in her younger days as a dance diva.

An interesting plot that will trigger viewers’ curiosity on its possible similarities to real-life controversies in Philippine showbiz is the intense drama between Apollo Ortega a.k.a. Mr. A (Richard Gomez), the production and creative head of major TV network ETVN who is also an unfaithful husband to Orchidia Ortega a.k.a. Ms. O (Ruffa Gutierrez). The story gets hotter and more provocative with the desperate actions of Violet (Valerie Concepcion), a prima donna star of a popular variety show whose paranoia of being upstaged and outshone by fresh artists steers her to malevolent schemes.

Seasoned actor Philip Salvador makes his most-awaited showbiz comeback in the very special role of Mr. D, the owner of ETVN. His flamboyant yet pivotal character ultimately makes the story of Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak more compelling and worth every viewer’s attention.

The two men who are bound to make Dahlia and Daisy experience the travails of impetuous love are Eros (James Blanco) and Hector (Jay Aquitania). Together, they will unravel the answers behind the searing predicaments that beset those in the tangled web of show business, its peaks and valleys and ultimately the possibility of finding true love.

Passion. Talent. Rivalry. Ambition. Love. These are just some of the elements of TV 5’s newest dramaserye, Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak. The latest sizzler in TV 5’s primetime is line produced by Prime Events Force Unlimited Inc., the same team that gave the network its first Star Award for Television via Lipgloss.  Don’t miss the premiere of this sizzling primetime offering on March 21 (Monday) right after Babaeng Hampaslupa on TV5.
