GMA-7's Captain Barbell is finally getting axed after being unpopular and weak in television ratings (National and Mega Manila). Captain Barbell is set to ends this July 29, 2011 Friday.

 Meanwhile, GMA-7's upcoming dance-serye & drama Time of My Life will replace Captain Barbell.

The main casts of the upcoming serye are: Mark Herras, Kris Bernal, Rocco Nacino, Steven Silva, LJ Reyes, Jean Garcia, Raymond Bagatsing, Cherie Gil, Emilio Garcia, and Ryza Cenon.

Time of My Life will premieres August 1, 2011 Monday on GMA-7's Telelebabad.
