Before the NBA-PBA SMART Ultimate All Star Weekend (which happened last weekend July 23-24), Mr. Araneta (Araneta Coliseum) publicly announced their official partnership with SMART COMMUNICATIONS and headed by Mr. Manny V. Pangilinan who are the chairman of Smart Communications, PLDT, TV5 Network, Cignal Digital TV, Meralco.
From now on, the Philippines' mecca of sports and entertainment, the Araneta Coliseum, is now called the SMART Araneta Coliseum.
