The movie, helmed by Tikoy Aguiluz, follows the life of Nicasio “Asiong” Salonga, a public enemy number 1 in Tondo, Manila. Set in the 1950′s when Asiong Salonga jumpstarts the Asian gangster life in the Philippines.
