She’s part of GMA 7 Sunday musical variety show, Party Pilipinas along with other top actresses of Kapuso Network like Marian Rivera, Rhian Ramos and Carla Abellana.

Heart is now in a relationship with Japanese-Brazilian Model Daniel Matsunaga for how many months now. Heart will turn 26 this Upcoming Valentines Day which actually the birthday also of John Pratts and Kris Aquino.
